I’m a Principal UX Designer with 15 years of experience creating thoughtful, user-centered solutions for established products and teams. My background includes leadership, individual contributor, and director roles at IBM and Salesforce where I specialized in translating complex problems into intuitive designs that drive engagement and results.

I’m the founder of Medium Smallish, a design agency operating in the US and Colombia, dedicated to delivering high-quality, customer-focused work through a flexible and thoughtful process. I'm also building a design school in Colombia, driven by a passion for nurturing new talent and creating opportunities in Latin America.
